How the team is organised
We run small, durable teams of five to eight people who own a domain end to end — including its on-call rotation, its documentation and its roadmap.
There are no dedicated managers below the director level; leads write code. Decisions happen in written proposals with a 72-hour comment window, and the decision log is open to everyone in the company.
