Policy
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, work email, organisation), billing data processed by our payment provider, and product telemetry such as request metadata, error traces and feature usage. We do not read the contents of your databases or object storage except when you explicitly grant time-limited support access.
2. Why we process it
To provide the service under our contract with you, to bill accurately, to secure the platform against abuse, and — where you have consented — to send product updates. Legitimate interest covers security monitoring and aggregate product analytics.
3. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the contract plus 90 days. Telemetry is retained for 30 days by default, or up to 13 months where you configure longer retention. Billing records are kept for seven years as required by Dutch tax law.
4. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from the console or by emailing privacy@nazexa.com. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a first request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
5. International transfers
Data stays in the region you select. Where support requires access from another region, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary technical measures including encryption and access logging.
6. Sub-processors
We publish a versioned list of sub-processors with their purpose and location. Customers on Team and Enterprise receive 30 days notice of any addition and may object in writing.
7. Changes to this policy
Material changes are announced by email and in the changelog at least 30 days before they take effect. Previous versions remain available for reference.
